We know that life happens. If something comes up and you can't make it to a concert, here's how we can help:

Exchanges You may exchange your tickets for another concert in the same season, subject to availability. Just contact us at least 48 hours before the concert start time to make the switch.

Ticket Transfers Can't make it? Feel free to pass your tickets along to a friend or family member. No formal notification is required, as long as each attendee has their own seat assignment, the transfer is good to go.

Please Note There are no refunds on ticket purchases. However, we're happy to work with you on an exchange or transfer whenever possible.
