The Coeur D’Alene Symphony Orchestra (CSO) is delighted to announce upcoming workshops, along with Music4Life, that promises not just melodies but a therapeutic journey in “Mood Music Management: 6 Empowerment Habits.” Experience CDA Symphony musicians and co-facilitators demonstrating music’s capabilities. Created by nationally acclaimed clinical music therapist Judith Pinkerton, TEDx speaker, author and Founder of Music4Life®, she leads this innovative program, inviting participants to explore these questions that guide music listening habits:

Based on Judith’s clinical experience over three decades, she has worked with thousands of clients in addiction treatment centers, oncology, elder care, schools, foster care, drug court, hospice and mental health settings. Her patented music app Key2MEE.com is fully supported by its companion book “Thriving Through Adversity: Prescriptive Playlists to Reclaim Joy, Peace and Purpose in Life” (2024).
