Refund Policy for Coeur d' Alene Symphony Ticket Sales:

At Coeur d' Alene Symphony Orchestra, we value our patrons and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise which might prevent attendance at our concerts. Therefore, we have designed the following refund policy to accommodate such situations:

1. Cancellation and Exchange:
If a ticket holder knows they will miss a concert, they can cancel their attendance up to 48 hours in advance of the concert start time. In such cases, we offer the opportunity to exchange the purchased tickets for an alternative concert within the same season, subject to availability.

2. Ticket Sharing:
Tickets may be given to family or friends if the original ticket holder is unable to attend. Formal notification or changes to ticket information are not required for this option. As long as each attendee has their own seat assignment, the transfer is acceptable.

Please Note:

- For ticket exchanges, notification must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the concert start time.
- All exchanges are subject to availability and must be for a concert within the same performance season.
- There are no refunds offered for ticket purchases; however, we strive to provide flexibility through the options of ticket transfer or exchange.
