Midge & Pepper Smock Family Theater at The Kroc Center, Coeur d’Alene, ID

The Coeur d’Alene Symphony Orchestra closes its “Folk to Fantasy” season with a patriotic celebration: America’s 250th. It’s been an outstanding season of music and we’re sending it off in the most American way we know how: with Bernstein’s crackle and wit, Gershwin’s urban shimmer, and the wide-open warmth of Copland at his best. As our nation marks 250 years, this program is a reminder of just how rich and diverse the American musical voice truly is.

Join Music Director & Conductor Danh Pham at 2:00 PM for an engaging pre-concert lecture that brings the program to life. This is a wonderful way to deepen your appreciation of the music and it’s free with your ticket.
